    The body looks pretty intact, but judging from the condition of the car, I'm going to go on a whim and say most if not all the mechanical parts are shot. And if they aren't shot, they probably will be soon. Strip it down. Build it back up.

    The bolts weren't on there tight at all. I was able to break em lose and unthread them with my finger. This is a really baffling situation.

    Yeah they're all the same length. I really have no idea what's going on. I stuck a toothpick in the hole to see how deep it was and its deeper than the bolt is long. I'm just running out of threads.

    So... I can't get 2 bolts to thread all the way in. They just don't get hard to turn. They just stop. I've sprayed some solvent in the holes thinking there might be some anti-seize gunked up in the back, but that didn't fix the problem. You guy think I should try running a tap through it?

    Product Warning!

    Poly-eurythane is very crappy rubber (for suspension purposes). If I'm not mistaken, the rubber around our windshields is poly-eurythane. Poly-urethane is the stuff you want for suspension components.

    As far as headlights are concerned, go to the 94-95 5.0 forum and check out the HID conversion a guy over there is doing. It's a real HID conversion and not those fake kits that only consist of new bulbs. Looks nice. Decent amount of fab work.
