    Thanks for the comments. I’m still on the fence about whether it would be a good idea to put it in series with the stand alone cooler but I ended up deciding not to use it as my overflow bottle is blocking the fittings anyway once I got everything mocked up.

    To get the glass out you just have to drill 2 rivets. It really isn't that big of a job to remove it although I'd prefer not to if I don't have to. I'm going to work on the car this evening so hopefully someone can tell me how they wriggled that bar out or I'll have to do trial and error.

    The diff bushings are probably 1/16" larger than the bolt shank. The control arm bushings are probably 2-3/16" larger than the bolt shank. They don't appear to be damaged, but rather came that way from the factory.

    I can't hear the noise from the top of the engine, only from underneath the car. I originally thought it might be a loose heat shield on the exhaust but i shook it and hit it with a mallet and it's solid.
