    Im in the same situation kinda because my 5.0 got wrecked. Now I want a notch I know they are old cars but I know them inside and out so if something breaks I can fix it. With a newer / different car I will need to relearn everything and it will probably be more complicated and harder to work on.

    Its an aluminum bracket that has two or three bolts one goes directly into the head. It holds the alternator in place. What is this bracket called? Thanks
