    I'm by far not an expert but I did do my own and I too have a premium sound system, I had to use that harness that is by the glove box to get it to work, just have to disconnect it then pull it down behind the radio. Sorry if this doesn't help.... Oh yeah, A circuit city audio...

    There is another harness behind the dash to the left of the glove box, if you are using one of the adapter kits it will plug right in there, this bypasses the factory amps. Oh yeah you may have to remove the glove box.

    Definately get a couple extensions and a swivel like mentioned above. I believe you need to pull the dipstick tube out of the motor and feed it back through the headers and back into the motor after installing the headers. you may need to take the O2 sensors off to get at the H pipe bolts...

    I believe I've read on here a couple of times that you can take a spark plug and break off the white part and screw the plug in there, or you can get the real plugs from Ford.

    I put my Ford racing ceramic coated headers pn two weeks ago, nice finish and they sound pretty good, I have to get some updated sound clips of them on the rest of my system, but I think they are well worth it....pretty easy install too!!!

    As a side note: I installed my 76mm MAF yesterday and I looked at my throttle body and it looks like the previous owner drilled the butterfly on it, I've had it since '98 and didn't even know it was done.

    I know it's not a good idea to run synth oil in a high mileage motor, but???????

    I've had three high mileage cars/trucks and I personally have never had any "leaking" problems, If you do spot a leak, it's just an indicator that you've had a problem the whole time, I don't think it causes leaks. And I have not had more oil consumption either. It all depends on the condition...
