Can anyone tell me what size hole to drill in my throttle body? I was told this will help the car idle a little leaner and better... But I'm not sure what size to drill does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks!!
Thanks! Yeah there are some fast cars in Milwaukee! I know there are 3, 10 second mustangs up at Oscars every weekend! I haven't been down there yet, But I'm going to try to make it this weekend.
1/4 sticks in my head, but tht might be to big....not sure why, but that was the frist thing I thought about. Do a search, you will find the awsner fast
Hum..i have never heard of this...and it sounds kind of wierd. if you drill a hole in the throttle body, wont you be letting unmetered air in? unless you are talking about drilling a hole in the butterfly valve itself? if someone could explain how this is supposed to work and help that would be cool. just trying to learn some stuff thanks
As a side note: I installed my 76mm MAF yesterday and I looked at my throttle body and it looks like the previous owner drilled the butterfly on it, I've had it since '98 and didn't even know it was done.
