    90 harness help?

You have to get an 5.0 engine harness out of a 90 for it to be plug and play. As stated above, 90's are a unique year unto themselves.

Replaced TPS Sensor - still get .15 volts ???

Update- Got a new TPS. Checked voltage on the green wire and got .14v  So I guess it is not the TPS sensor. Just for giggles, I swapped in a known good C3W EEC. Got .14 volts again on the green wire of the TPS. So I guess that rules out the EEC. The only thing left is the...

Replaced TPS Sensor - still get .15 volts ???

Trying to adjust my TPS sensor as I read that it should be around .7 to .9 volts. Mine read .15 volts and I had a code 63 (low TPS voltage) so I replaced it with a brand new Ford TPS sensor and the new one reads .15 volts. :( Here is what I am getting: .15v between green and...

    Need advice/tips

As long as you have a place to do it and a basic set of tools, my advice is to tear it down your self. It really isn't that hard. If you don't need the car for a DD, I would make it a 2 weekend deal. Weekend 1- Tear down motor and remove heads. Since they are AL heads, I would take them to a...

I just went through a little wiring/voltage drop nightmare on my 90. It may not be your problm but mine turned out to be a ground problem. Make sure that all 4 ground wires are there and the connections are clean - engine block to firewall - motor mount to frame - battery to engine block...

few quick chassis to engine ground ?'s

I would run a 4 ga wire from the engine block to the dash harness ground point near the starter solenoid. I also ran an 8 ga wire from that ground point direct to neg batt post as well as an 8 ga wire from the neg batt post to the front radiator support. The 2-8 ga wires might be...
