tps problems

i am getting 5v on my green orange and black wire at closed throttle. i think i am having a wire harness issues.

With key on - engine off, what is the voltage between the green and black wires??

With key on - engine off, what is the voltage between the orange wire and ground?

Have you checked for codes from the EEC?? What codes did you get??
