    EXHAUST HEADER HELP!!!!!

    I think it depends on which Hooker headers you get.. I dunno about the 302 ones, but the 351w Pinto swap headers force you to send 2 tubes outside the fenders, and 2 stay inside the fenders.

    Mine's coming along very slowly.. I have pretty much all my purchasing done though. The motor is assembled up to the lower intake.. the rest of the stuff that is on is just mocked up. I hope to have it done over winter break, I think it's realistic. I so want to do a turbo project on mine...

    I'm running a stock SN95 T5 transmission.. luckily I had a clutch that slipped enough to prevent me from busting the T5.. exhaust was the Hooker Pinto 351w swap headers, with a 3" Magnaflow system out the back, cats, xpipe, mufflers. A lot of it is going to change soon though. :D

    Is there an aluminum DS that fits without modification? Or did you have to have the aluminum one modified? I hope to upgrade to an aluminum DS down the line as well, so I was curious. Good luck with the sale!

    I'm using the A9L computer and wiring harness. I've got the motor down to the short block now.. gotta get new valve springs for my cam. Got most of the major parts ordered, so now it'll just be when I can get to work on it.

    Yea, I didn't realize I had it backwards.. supposedly it'll work either way though. We set it up like it is cause my dad thought it made the most sense for the throttle linkage on the TB.. we've only known carbs, so this stuff is all new to us. My battery will be headed to the trunk either way...

    It has begun. Old intake out, new intake mocked up. Gonna have to get used to this though... I'll keep adding replies as I make progress. I'll be making backwards progress soon.. intake has to come off, as well as the heads, and radiator.

    Nono, it's not a bulb issue. It's the fact that I can't lift the turn signal handle up enough to get it actually start signaling to turn right. It's like there's something pushing against the turn signal handle.
