    got the pump seal replaced on the tranny, found out it was replaced already with an 85 gt tranny. put the fluids in and if you don't remember my nephew also ripped out the lower radiator hose so when he was towed home. so we added the antifreeze and the drove the car around the block...

    found a really easy way I took the member off the back of the bell housing grabbed a small pair of channel locks and it popped right out. thanks for the help mike
