    Pro-M Optimizer

    does it lean the car out throughout the whole rpm range.. or does it let you adjust per rpm's.. so if your car is running fat up to 3k.. and then lean out up top.. can you just adjust from 500-3000k??

    I agree regarding the defroster and or A/C.. I wish I could bring this to FORD and have them check it out, but they will point and laugh when they see my mods.. and there goes my warranty. even though I don't think they have anything to do with this problem

    Here is my thoughts.. the Pro-M Optimizer still needs to be used with a dyno to see what the A/F ratios and adjust as you see necessary. the chip has to be used on a dyno to adust a/f ratios but I don't see the benifits there because I paid $250 and my tuner lets me come back to him as much...

    Could definately be the TPS and IAC, since I took both off during my Plenum, Throttlebody install please let us know Tim, I wonder if its hurting my ET's? I will clean my IAC again, and check on my TPS

    It really started acting up once I switched my MAF back to stock.. Maybe I didn't position the MAF perfectly, I heard they can be tempermental (sp) :shrug:

    This is has been happening for a while, but it has since gotten worse.. As I start to come to a stop.., instead of my rpms slowly going down right at 2000 rpm they drop to 1500 and start pulsing.. like its going to die.. up.. down.. up down.. then it settles at 600 rpm's.. its very annoying...

    Man that sucks... Waiting for anything is the worst.. I have been waiting for my Precision Industries Torque Converter (3200 stall) for 1 week, tomarrow it finally comes... I can't wait Well when you finally get your parts, it will be worth the wait!! :banana:

    I would say go to Auto Zone or simular place and see what the code is.. Then we can give you a more logical answer. If that is a hassle, I would check all the fittings and makes sure everything is on Maybe you damaged something putting in on?

    UPS SUCKS.. They delivered my Tires to the Local Discout Tire Center... There excuse was that they had 5 other sets going there and mine must of been caught up in the mix... I ended up having to go half way across town with print outs showing they were my tires.. and arguing with Discount...

    I was hammering on a impact screwdriver.. so for every tap, the screw was supposed to move 20 degrees.. I kept tapping it, and it wouldn't budge.. tapped alittle harder and SNAP! It's all good, It was alot easier and it worked out o.k Thank God Autozone is open 24 hrs!!

    I tapped my TPS with a hammer and broke it in half new TPS sensor from autozone $25 bucks!! thank god for autozone!!

    Sorry for the confusion, I made a post saying I wasn't feeling crap after I put the 85 MAF on.. then Black96VertGT asked what Plenum and T/B do I have.. so I started the next post telling him which one... and went back into the complaining... :nonono: Either way, I can't be sure if the MAF...
