    Haltech vs Pro-M vs Holley...thoughts?

Where do you find them? I could never seem to find empty connector ends for the factory harnesses.

    Haltech vs Pro-M vs Holley...thoughts?

When i redid my wiring i went over every square inch of the harnesses....all the wires i have in the harness know appeared to be in good shape. I literally stripped ALL the factory loom etc off and removed every unused wire etc and reloomed it so i got a chance to look everything over...yes...

    Haltech vs Pro-M vs Holley...thoughts?

So the MS/Pimp has 0 additional wiring? Plugs directly to the factory harness and done? I like that idea. All of my wiring had been completely altered and redone...wrapped in braided loom and heatshrunk where applicable and i used tesa tape (audi bmw etc use it) for the rest. All re routed...

T56 or tko600? And is the install as simple as it seems? (Foxbody)

T56 seems like the ticket. Only thing is i rarely see any highway action...mainly alot of country/rural roads, but i suppose the extra gear doesnt hurt being there. Not sure what rear gear id go with yet...i know with the t5 i hate my 3.73s...1st and 2nd are basically useless...What kind of...

Anyone make a bracket to mount the alternator below ps pump on drivers side (ps where ac used to be)

Hoping to move my alternator down below the p/s pump (which is where the ac used to be via an frpp ac delete kit) so i can ditch my smog delete pulley and change my belt routing. I cant seem to find one that works in conjunction with a p/s pump.

    Haltech vs Pro-M vs Holley...thoughts?

Once my combo and engine is built i honestly dont plan on changing much. It will be a dart based, supercharged setup with a custom intercooler. Looking to go SD or blow thru so i can run a bov to clean up the plumbing. Most likely run a bbrc fuel system...tko600 or t56 and a DIS to clean up the...

    Haltech vs Pro-M vs Holley...thoughts?

Well im boosted and eventually want to build a dart so i can hit 700+rwhp so it sounds like one of these systems should eventually happen. Im not against running a digital dash or something and removing some gauges but since i already have them i may as well utilize them.. Would you guys run...

    Haltech vs Pro-M vs Holley...thoughts?

This is probably a stupid question lol...but i think my tuner had a moates setup he tuned and burned my sct chip with...if he has my tune saved and i put the MS in...can he just use that file on the MS? And then tweak from there? Or it has to be tuned all over? I dont plan to tackle this until...

    Haltech vs Pro-M vs Holley...thoughts?

Its funny because when i asked my tuner about systems like megasquirt or pro m etc he said all garbage...easier and better to tune the stock ecu...i feel he was just providing job security for himself...if people tune on their own they dont need him lol. Ill read up on these systems. I have...

    Haltech vs Pro-M vs Holley...thoughts?

Next winter i will be disassembling the car down to pretty much a shell and slapping on a rotisserie to redo the undercarriage etc. Im contemplating upgrading the factory ECU to a standalone system that i can learn to tune myself. A couple years ago i rewired the whole car and removed all...

T56 or tko600? And is the install as simple as it seems? (Foxbody)

Why is everyone so obsessed with the t56 over the tko? Most people i see who had TKOs upgraded to the t56 which leads me to believe its just a better all around unit?

T56 or tko600? And is the install as simple as it seems? (Foxbody)

So the tko600 isnt good for the street? Again im at 500rwhp now and when i build the dart ill probably bump it to the 650-800rwhp range so wanting something that can handle that too if i decide to push it that high.

T56 or tko600? And is the install as simple as it seems? (Foxbody)

My thoughts were similar about the 6th gear...the tko600 says its only rated for 600ftlbs. Is that a hard number or is it under-rated?

T56 or tko600? And is the install as simple as it seems? (Foxbody)

I believe modern drivelines kit comes witg everything to get it in the car...i just wasnt sure if it was anything special to install as opposed to a generic manual trans install. Im at 500rwhp now so i know my T5 isnt going to last forever...ive been trying to take it easy for now until next...

T56 or tko600? And is the install as simple as it seems? (Foxbody)

Ive never driven either as no one anywhere around me has one. I know everyone loves the t56 and its superior but looking for opinions. And is the install as simple as it seems? Strip the old setup, clean and install the new flywheel, clutch, bellhousing etc and done? Modern driveline has an...

Considered IRS but going to just build my 8.8...do they offer drop in 8.8 with 9" ends?

For street driving and cornerning i cant see a mini tubbed car handling better than a widebody/flare. If i was all about straight lines i would tub. And like anything a widebody or flares have to be done right to look good.
