    Ya Zex has a Kit made just for the 4.0. They put one on a project car on American Muscle. Made good power too. But I was wondering what all they did to install it other then the Kit install. Like Different plugs or maybe a tune or what. Any body got an Idea?

    I have a manual fuel regulator set at about 42psi. and I think the timing is set at stock. I have a FRPP 190lph Fuel pump. Do you think I have the psi to high or the timing off?

    Belt size You will still need the A/C delete kit to reposition the Belt angle, or your belt will rub. Talk to your parts store they will have that one. Ford build 5.0s without A/C, but they all had smog pumps.

    How did you ajust the A/F mixer How did you adjust your A/F? Did you use a TWEECer, or something? Do those things work well? I just did a injecter swap too and I was told the MAS was cal-ed for the 24lbs-ers. But I am getting a little smoke at top end RPMS. Oh yea the formula thing was GREAT!

    Belt size I did it a few months ago. Just cut and hacked it out. Saved some weight by just removing them. Do the summit thing. It repositions the power steering pump. And very important is to buy a 70 in belt if you run underdrive pulleys. I think it is a 71.5 in belt if you run stock. I have...

    which is faster??

    You have the Hp numbers, but you have to remember the Power to weight ratio. Bang for the buck the 5.0 has them all hands down. Don"t forget about the Torque numbers too. There is no replacement for displacement. And 5.0L(301.59ci) is alot bigger then 4.6L(281ci).
