    Steeda Alum LCA's vs. Pro3i LCA's

So does that mean you can send me the new 3 pc design bushings so I can upgrade my Pro3i LCAs? Also, how come you don't have some LCAs on your Bullitt?

    Steeda Alum LCA's vs. Pro3i LCA's

You get noise on the shifts, when you let out of the gas to shift. I'm sure it's the spherical bearing hole to LCA bolt tolerance causing it. Like the load on the LCA is lifted so it moves and you hear the spherical bearing tap the bolt. But you really only hear it if you don't have a loud...

    Steeda Alum LCA's vs. Pro3i LCA's

Thats cool Mineral. I would be cautious too if I had a pair of LCAs fail on me. Good luck on your next set. If you have the cash, you can't go wrong with the MMs.

    Steeda Alum LCA's vs. Pro3i LCA's

It might not say it's 3 piece in the add, but how do you get a one piece bushing through the tube when the ends of the bushing on both sides cover the metal tube. I'm not trying to be an ass, but there seems to be alot of misinformation going around without that person personally experiancing...

    Steeda Alum LCA's vs. Pro3i LCA's

"Yeah, I'm going to have to disagree with you there Bob." Pretty sure my Pro3i LCAs had a 3 piece polyurthane bushing on one end. Look at the Pro3i LCA in real life and tell me that's "a solid urethane bushing at one end." Since my 60's have lowered and my car doesn't fish tail when shifting...

    Ford fixed clunk

It's not always retorqueing the 4 bolts on the DS that will fix it. Ford has loose tolerances in the tranny. Adding LCAs that don't bind and an AL driveshaft will ampliphy the slop. So what some of you hear is normal. Others, it might be a bad DS or loose bolts connecting the DS to the pinion.

    03/04 cobra motor swap

My point is, most people don't see 500+ rwhp. Most Vortech, KBs, and 03 Cobra swaps are around the 400rwhp mark or less. I haven't heard of anyone blowing their transmission up. Besides, if you're going to put 500+rwhp through the stock 5 speed, your stupid.

    03/04 cobra motor swap

I assume you have proof of this?? I'm sure all the Vortech and KB guys gernaded their transmissions? They're making just as much if not more than a stock 03 Cobra.

    VHT Caliper Paint

Was your caliper black before you painted it? Mine had an orangish tint the first couple of coats, but after the 5th or 6th coat it was RED. Let me know how it turns out.

K&N Install - Anything Else I should do?

That's because you used a desencharger. Could they have possibly put a few more 90 degree bends in that system?? Look at the Roush or K&N FIPKII setups. They are the only clean designs.

K&N Install - Anything Else I should do?

Get a different intake tube. That's where the restriction is. Pulling the silencer and dropping in a K&N will do very little for performance. Not saying don't do it, just an FYI.

    Gas mileage after X

Your rear O2s have nothing to do with engine management, they are there to just sniff for cats. The fronts ones are the ones that the engine uses for fuel control. BTW, how much louder is your off road X-pipe compared to the stock H-pipe?

Anyone know if you can run the cobr/bullet brakes with....

What some of you fail to realize is the Cobra rotor is a bigger moment arm than the GT because it's a larger dia. That's why it stops better. The GT rotor is lighter and the pistons are a tad bigger, but the brake line opening is also smaller than the Cobra. All you guys that say people waste...
