VHT Caliper Paint

Any of you guys used this stuff? I bought the red and black paint, washed the brakes down real good and applied the red paint. On the brake after a couple of coats it looks orangish and not really red.. I tested it on some paper before I applied to the brakes and it looked fine. Does it dry darker? Hopefully.. Because I got about 3 coats of it on there, and would hate to have to repaint and apply another coat (brakes would get really hot with all those coats) of something else..

Well, its too orangey for me.. Should I just directly repaint over? Or should I remove the paint? And with what? It's cured pretty good now..

Was your caliper black before you painted it? Mine had an orangish tint the first couple of coats, but after the 5th or 6th coat it was RED. Let me know how it turns out.
