    Doing the same search and comparing the service bulletins here is the consistent item: Engine - Aluminum Block/Head Machining However I dont' see anything about warped heads....and Alldata does not list 2003 model year tsb's yet...maybe I should call SVT? -Chris

    Yikes, 10w 30 seems a bit thick! Not sure about the 99's but my 98 Cobra takes 5w 30...I used Royal Purple 5w 30. Hope this helps!

    Just curious, was reading up on the 97 and noticed that the convert and coupe had a factory installed strut tower brace. Anyone know why the 98's didn't, and is this something my Cobra would benefit from? Thanks in advance. -Chris

    I used the Meguairs system this weekend and the car looks like its brand new(its a 98 Cobra) here's what I used: Meguairs NXT Car Wash, Meguairs Step one cleaner, Meguairs Step 2 Polish, Meguairs NXT Wax, and 6 100% cotton, deep pile towels to wipe the cleaners off. The shine is amazing...

    Hi tygr1, My Cobra is the triple black Convert. with 52,000 miles...only mods are Flowmaster mufflers. Congrats on your purchase, these are great cars to own. Also, I think your right about the oil grade, 5w 20...but I hope someone here can help me out before I go to the auto store. -Chris
