    Managed a [email protected] (2.15 60') powershifting at 5500 RPM. Only mods are Tri-Ax shifter and Borla catback. Ran a 13.88@91 later that night (colder air) letting off 100ft before the line. Ended up with a breakout anyway... :bang: Wonder what I could've run on that one... :shrug:

    Can it also be heard if you are not rolling ? I had a similar problem 2 years ago and it ended up being the A/C dryer bottle hitting the firewall when the compressor clutch engages... :shrug: Even though it came from the engine compartment, I could have sworn the sound came from my rear...

    Thanks for the replies guys. I don't think it's the TOB. I can hear the squeak when I push the clutch even if the engine isn't running. Never heard anything while actually driving the car. :shrug:

    I'm running 295/35/18. They are 26.1" tall, which is about 1/2" taller than stock. They fill the wheel wells perfectly in my opinion. I heard going too tall could create problems with ABS and traction control, could also mess your shift points if you have an auto. Here's a pic so you can...

    Burning oil

    Well, first of all, you gotta make sure its the rings. Could also be the PCV valve or valve seals. We opened a 6.8 V10 that was burning oil last week and found out one of the pistons had only 1 oil ring instead of 2 !! Straight from the factory !! :bang:

    Totally agree, if you're about to sell the car, don't waste money on a quadrant, firewall adjuster or aftermarket cable. I couldn't be happier with the clutch I have right now, feels perfect.

    Don't know man, that's what I'm wondering :D You've got every right to state your opinion and I don't have a problem with that. I simply think it's ridiculous to say they don't perform well based on such a video. Haven't you read reports of the auto running 13.6@100 ? I don't remember...

    help with wheels for 99 Gt

    No offense man but I had 16" wheels on my 99 and it looked bad. Ride quality might be slightly better but steering response sucked. If you're so concerned about hooking up, get 9" wide 17" wheels and throw some 275 Nitto DR or BFG KD on 'em. Should do the trick :D

    Seriously, I've ran a few 14.5+ at the track, doesn't mean the car can't do 13.9 :rolleyes: I don't know why but a few people NEED to put the 05 down to feel better :shrug:
