    That would be ok. You could run either a 275 or 255 out back and not have any rubbing issues. It's kind of strange that your 235s are rubbing, what kind of tires are they?     is my fuel pump craping out?

    It might be. My old fuel pump started to get really loud, then suddenly it got really quiet, and then it completely failed. Got a new Ford fuel pump and it's really quiet, I can barely hear it.

    Few more questions. First, what'e the proper way to disconnect the long hose that conects from the back of the engine bay to the A/C compressor? And what's the amount that the upper intake and valve covers need to be torqued down to?

    Sounds very similar to what my Mustang is doing. Might be a loose catalytic converter heat shield. But I guess that would be best case scenario.

    Thanks for the info, guys. I have heard from different people who take the upper intake off, and some who don't. I think I'm gonna take off the upper when I take the valve covers off so I can repaint the intake and valve covers. Is it necessary to drain the coolant?
