    My brother got the Ram Jet to work with his Explorer intake, fits like a glove. I doubt that it would fit on many other intakes besides the explorer because of height differences or general design differences.

    It's more than an emissions component, it's a way to properly vent the gas tank. The charcoal canister keeps the noxious gas fumes out of the passenger cabin, and lets face it, the flammable part of gasoline is the vapors. I'd keep the canister if I was you as it takes those vapors and burns...

    Chris, the stock Cobra VCs are exactly like the SN95 GT VCs (only they don't say cobra) so it's not so much 1.6 vs 1.7 RRs, but whether or not they're stud mounted, and sometimes how big the actual roller rockers are if they're aftermarket instead of OEM or even ford racing. Tim

    I think the stocker or a 65mm would be best until you do mods that really require more airflow. If you've already got the 70mm TB try both the 70mm and the stocker and see what feels best on the car.

    You're correct, 5.0 cars 95 and below will not get a CEL with an o\r pipe. Do what Jrichkler said and pulle the codes, the O2 sensors could have been damaged during the swap. Tim

    Have you deleted EGR, and if you did delete EGR did you turn it off in the computer? How new are your sensors, specifically the ECT and ACT sensors? Also clean the MAF for good measure and maybe the ACT as well. If you haven't given the car a good tune up in a while you might want to replace...
