Thanks! The wheels are Sportmax 962's, they are a cheapie wheel I got off ebay. I made the caps because I didn't like how the others looked. I haven't decided on a color yet, I was thinking a two-tone but I don't know yet. I've had straight line cars only before, they just aren't that fun to...- bstrd86

I pushed it out of the garage for a bit today, what does everyone think? I've got a ways to go and progress has been slow lately. Power will come from a 306 w/a turbo. So far it has an '03 cobra IRS, 8-point cage, frame connectors and Wilwoods front & rear. All the brake brackets I made at...- bstrd86

replacing quad shocks with solid bar?
It's been tried before, there was a thread on corner-carvers a few years ago about this. He either removed the stock upper control arms completely or ran without bushings in them (because rules dictate you have to run the arms). The car actually did ok, they were trying to copy the z-link used...- bstrd86

The whole car has, lol. I used to paint cars for a living so I'm not too worried about it. The wheels are Sportmax 962's, I have a Cobra IRS so I don't know how well they'll fit on a stick axle car.- bstrd86

hey four eye owners, LETS SEE SOME PICS!
Thanks, they are Sportmax 962's, they're kind of a "cheapie" wheel since I'm on a budget. The wheels will probably work best with a SVO or sn95 axle swap because they have 6.42" b.s. I have an '03 Cobra IRS and they just BARELY tuck. I hated the caps and they wouldn't clear the IRS axle so I...- bstrd86
