    I am in the process of reassembling my 351 Cleveland in my 67 Coupe. 1. What is the proper location for attaching the negative battery cable so that it's properly grounded? 2. What is a good location for attaching the electric choke to a 12 volt source? Thanks in advance.

    trunk floor template?

    I have seen other people do this, but I don't know of any actual plans for it. You probably were anyway, but if I might suggest using a cardboard template to get started.

    I agree entirely. I got a great deal on ebay when I bought my complete 390. Only paid $400 for a complete solid running engine with AC compressor and Power Steering. Looks like a nice little coupe.

    That is pretty cool, that you can still find them out there. I can't decide what to do with mine when I swap in my 390. I want to hold on to it, and possibly use it in a future project.

    My 67 currently has a 351 Cleveland in it, and it fits quite nicely. Considering that it originally had a 390FE in it the 351 isn't much of a problem.

    I could personally care less if their are ads or not. Newman actually makes me laugh. I can't say that I visit many quality sites that don't advertise. I find it humorous that the Darkmoon view doesn't have it though.

    That seems like a pretty high price. I know fastbacks are fetching a premium these days, but for that much work, that just seems to much.

    What frustrates me is when they DON'T get the correct part the computer tells them to get. :rolleyes: Anyway, how much do you charge for carb rebuilds?

    Well, I got my Edelbrock Performer intake put on, after 3 trips to the parts store to get the right intake manifold gaskets. You would think that people in a parts store would have some knowledge of cars.

    That sounds right, about 18-20 hours. I can't buy anymore toys right now. We are selling our house, so I have to keep my garage somewhat clean.
