    yea....but with your stout bottem end why don't you pulley down at least a pulley or two to get above 10#. you have the intercooler as well. it would be safe and you should definatly beable to hit that mark and maybe more with 12-13#. :nice:

    it doesn't really matter if your a beginner or not. zex is the easiest to set up for sure, but they are all about the same. i believe the zex kit is cheaper too but not sure. i have a couple buddies running the zex kit and they love em. just my .02 :nice:

    first off....before you spent all that wasted money on things your car didn't need you should have just had a good mechanic take a peek at it. probably would have saved you alot of money. now a maf could cause your problem. take it off and clean it with either elec. cleaner or maf cleaner...

    you do not NEED to do long tubes....you dont even really have to do headers. they are a pain in the ass and give minimal gains in our cars unless you have a supercharger. save yourself the time and money and just get a good midpipe that fits to your stock manifolds and get the magnaflow...

    i have had a few fords come in for this problem. a truck and two crown vics with the same motor. all three of them were the idle air control system. take it off and clean it and also clean the passage in the plenum. this SHOULD take care of it. post back with results plz. :nice:
