    Mine went from beeping to clicking. The blinking light is actually a trouble code. Count the blinks. I think 6 blinks is a clock spring. Ten is an internal fuse fault in the controller. The fuse can't be replaced. You have to change the controller.

    Blue box? Beeping at startup? That's the airbag controller. If your airbag light isn't flashing. (It'll start flashing after the beeping quits), then the bulb may be blown. If that's not it, the controller has failed. I removed mine until I could find a replacement. Now the light stays on...

    You can go ahead and fix the exhaust now. If you use a turbo exhaust manifold that locates the turbo in the stock location, it'll all bolt up. You can run the stock system in the beginning to get the car running and get the bugs worked out of it, but you may want to make improvements later on.

    Yes you can just purchase the clutch from an auto parts store. They aren't hard to replace. I think you'll need snap ring pliers IIRC.
