    Aftermarket T5 shifters in classics

Go here: http://store.summitracing.com/egnsearch.asp?N=400134+303491+115&autoview=sku It looks just like the top loader application. Put a 4-speed knob on and fool the competition plus those individuals they call tech inspectors. I used one in the road racer and got it through tech...

    radiator support

Once I started the "frame off" restoration the car never moved from the jack stands and the level floor. Do one side at a time if possible. HistoricMustang www.historicmustang.com

    What pressure radiator cap?

Standard cap should be OK unless you are going to run high RPM's for extended period. If so move up to 21 pounds. The pressure build up in top of radiator at high RPM's will tend to lift a standard cap with water escape. HistoricMustang

    radiator support

It has been 10 years since I did this but I believe it is just a matter of removing spot welds. Make sure the car is supported by jack stands on a level surface and not moved once the old support is removed. Good Luck! HistoricMustang

    05 dash in a classsic

Just keep in mind the original dash is part of the structure of the unibody. Any new one going in will take a lot of thought to keep everything rigid. HistoricMustang

    Timing Cover Gasket

This is why I would rather use ATF as opposed to the end gaskets supplied. The liquid stuff allows you to get a good coating between the heads, block and intake. It really pisses me off to have a leak of any kind after an engine build or rebuild. HistoricMustang

    hood pins location

That is the place to put them, just as Shelby did! Simply install the pins first and let the new hood come down and touch top of pins. Allow for a little forward movement of the hood when closing and drill holes. HistoricMustang www.historicmustang.com
