    Some news from the show. Shelby is introducing a line of Terlingua cars. 67 Coupe 500 hp starting at 99k, a AC cobra version and an additional late model (basically a CS6) version. I friggin accidentally deleted the pics from the unvailing :bang: More pics here...

    The title situation does vary by state. The resale issue IMO would be pretty much the same as building a Cobra replica. The market exists. The car is simply worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Usually directly relational to what you did with it.

    IMO yes I bet it starts a debate but yeah, I think it is. If you can find a 67-68 fb out there, you're looking at 10-15k for a rust bucket to a beater. Tons of time and money to get to a usable build. You're starting with a fresh shell for what you can if you're lucky find a real one...

    I have inlaws in GP. Commander Chris ******* is my Brother in Law. He's on one of the radio stations down there and is in the NG at the AFB in K Falls. I love south Oregon. Hope to own some land up there someday soon.

    A stock 65-66 needs a 2 5/8" spread. This is standard. So it's likely that someone changed the rear end along the way. As far as Ubolts are concerned, see if there's a "Spring Service" shop in your area. They can made in about any dimension needed. When I was running leafs, I had them bend 1/2"...

    coils settling??

    This isn't too uncommon for fine tuning. But the car shouldn't be that high up out of the gate. Did you get the 1" coil insulators, or the 1/4" insulators? It's not uncommon when changing out the arms and springs all at once to have have susp. loaded as noted above. Take bnickels advice...
