    Try what RIO5.0 said. I've been putting up with idle & hanging idle issues ever since my HCI. I just finished resetting the idle per that article's instructions & so far so good. I would also check your timing & TPS voltage. I hope this helps!

    Well, FWIW I found a way to adjust the throttle stop screw. I used my dremmel with a cut-off wheel to notch the top of the rod. I then used a straight screwdriver to back the rod out (you could stop here and use the notch for the adjustment.) I went to Home Depot and ended up getting a #10 32...

    Idling problems.

    I need to reset my idle as well but I cannot adjust the idle stop. I see the screw but there is no nut just a brass/teflon piece. How in the HE** do I adjust this thing? I set the idle before with just the IAC but that makes the car idle too fast during decels.

    Our cars do have speedo gears, I know because I've changed them! If I go the speedcal route then should I get a speedo gear for 3.55s and use that for the calculation. If I leave the white one it it will eventually just get chewed up. Thx

    I just swapped out my 3.55s for 4.10s a few days ago and I can't get the smile off my face! Now that the car is no longer my daily driver I don't mind the steep gear. My problem is that even with my 23 tooth (white) speedo gear my speedometer is WAY off! Can someone tell me how I can correct...

    Have you thought about a stock radiator and the viper fan? 4000 cfm should offset the smaller size of the radiator.

    Thanks for the replies. How many of you that have 4.10s regret going with that steep of gear? This car is no longer my daily driver but it does see some highway time now and then. I hope to have a 6 spd in it late next year. I'm thinking with the six speed 4.10s should not even be an issue...

    I installed the prokit this past spring and although the ride is somewhat 'rough' compared to stock the improved stance is well worth it. I'm running 18s & stock shocks/strus-I'm saving for the Bilsteins.

    The fuel pressure can be checked at the schrader valve on the front part of the passenger side fuel rail. Just remove the cap to gain access.

    Do your brakes Make noise after upgrading to 13" Cobra's?

    I noticed no noise after installing my cobra brakes. I've never associated a 'clunking' with brakes, only squeeking. I would take the front wheels off and double check the caliper and braket bolts for tightness.

    Update: I bumped up the idle to around 850 rpms this morning and this seemed to do the trick. I did a test drive and the car didn't stall once.
