    bottom line, either you are running a few quarts low and your lifters are pissed, or you've got bad gas, i'd try some name brand hi octane, after checking the dipstick and see if that clears things up for you

    There is nothing there to impress you with. The purpose of synthetics isn't to make your car run faster, but to reduce the wear on your engine. Use it for 100k then pull your motor apart....then you'll be impressed.

    forego the CAI, and do the K&N Swap out your gears to something lower 3.73 or 4.10 Short throw shifter, MGW, PRO 5.0,Steeda Tri-ax Long tube headers $$ Full length sub frame connectors Better springs H&R sports That oughtta get you started.

    Doh..! Over revved it...

    I just did the same thing at the track this last weekend. 3rd to 2nd at around 70mph.....over-revved, bounced off the limiter once or twice, and threw a serpentine belt, didn't blow anything up though so its all good

    3.33 with the IC should get you 8+lbs of boost. HP close to 400! 1/4mile with DR 12.3 and I'm not sure about a/f??! if anything it would be a little rich. no biggy
