    A big advantage of superchargers, is that the higher pressure drop of 'not so good' heads can be corrected by increasing the boost. You can get any airflow you want, up till the limits of the lower end, (or fuel limitations)

    Few Problems with New Motor

    4.6..... Any chance you could swap the wires going to the two sensors?, even if you need to add wire. That, might give you a clue what is wrong. (I think the main sensor is broke or has goofed-up wiring)

    charged, is the MAF working? Assuming the Maf is working, and can run in closed loop at cruise, the ecu should be able to command 15 percent more fuel (for PE), rather easily. ...... dumb q, is your setup, blow thru the maf, or draw thru?

    Are the rotors --- cracked? If not, likely something other than rotors is wrong.

    >(you can't just add toluene)< Why not? Use cans, funnels, etc, as needed. 3 gal toluene, 7 gal pump93, yields ---> 10 gal 98 octane. ... Start wih lower mixture. Test. at higher percentages, a strong ignition is recommended.

    My info is: the npi and pi have essentially the same duration, about 190 at .050. The PIs have more lift.
