Factory timing.....

What are is the timing set at on the 02 auto GT,s from the factory? Can the hypertech programmer get it to 14 degrees like with a steeda timing adjuster? Or do I have to by the adjuster anf the programmer as well?

i believe base timing for all gt's is 10*

Yes, stock timing is 10*. The superchip programmer does advance the timing, but Im not sure how much.

I ordered the hypertech programmer so I could raise the rev to 6250rpms as well and I was told that u can get 14 degrees out of it like a adjuster.

the stock is 10, but i thought that the programmer could only advance it 2 degrees. i dont know were i read that from????
