    O/T 67 Galaxie 500

I have been keeping my eyes open for a couple of years for either a 67 galaxy project, or a 67 fairlane project. I really like the fairlanes lines.

New Guy wants to get garaged 65 Fastback on road

Any pics? And welcome! A 5.0 will work, with some minor mods to either the car or the engine. brakes depend on your budget. There are a lot of options. Tire/wheels will really depend on how you want it to look/what you want to do with the car. the torque thrust series of wheels...

How long to replace a radiator

Its an hour job. Add another hour for breaking something, and another hour to fight the 1/2" gnome (the one that waits until you are not looking to steal your 1/2" wrenches and sockets.)

    Unusual brake light problem

sounds like the switch problems I had. fwiw, the replacement on a 67 looks exactly like the $10 'help' section replacement. Not sure if 69 has a different style switch.

    car in garage

Craigslist is full of crackheads. What bugs me is when people list engine parts but do not list which engine, maker, what year, or even what type of car its out of.

encoutered an 05+ gt that wanted to play on I-5

It only takes a half second for something to go wrong. After 7 years in fire and ems, I have seen my fair share of poor decisions ending in tragedy.

    4.6L in a 73

600lbs was the listed weight. I have a cleveland that is supposed to go back into it. I was toying with the idea of a modular, since its a deal. My wife would jump for joy if I parted with the vert. She hates driving it.

    4.6L in a 73

I was thinking the 73's bay would be wide enough. Although I do not have the 4.6 to measure. I am kicking myself, because I ran across an 01 with a blown motor for $1000 about 3 weeks ago. I passed on it because I have to many projects. Then this one comes along...
