    I went with a 35% smoke tint. Two reasons... One to blend with the blackout look, and two to hide the RED and BLUE strobe elements. Both the driving lamps and the strobes are in use, on seperate circuits. I looked at 20%, but this would render the driving lamps useless.

    I am not sure it will remove paint overspray though. It is mainly for sap and other impurities stuck to the paint. Not even for bugs.

    Saw a comparison test on the latest name brand units, and gains varied between 3 and 23-25 RWHP. I will dig up the article.I cannot remember the brand axle back that made the most power. I personally will just axe the mufflers and call it good.
