I'm thinking of putting a Kenny Bell 1.7L on my mustang But have to make the tune myself .The engine I'm putting it on is a 93 Mark VIII and the chip KB offers in it's kit is for a 96-98 cobra . I am using the mark EECIV with tweecer. Can someone Please help me with what the changes I need to...
Would anybody know what to change in a Tweecer Cal. to lean out a 4.6? I have taken off the cats and it runs a little rich . Any help would be nice , Thanks.
The hardest thing abaut the swap was getting everything square. You'll need a friend , 4 plumb bobs and time to get everything right.I also installed UPR shark fin caster camber plates on mine. [IMG]
You guy's are right 4.10 it is . I'm not buildin an eco car .BTW I built up and put in a mark VIII 32V in my 98 V6 stang and the tag on the rear says 2.73.
Check my math here. I am going to change out a 2.73 to a 3.73 and this is the rpm jump I came up with .The tire I run will turn 786 revs in a mile. It takes 1 more turn of the drive shaft to make the tire go round 1 time so the way I see it I will be turning 786 more RPM at 60 MPH. i dont know...
The swap was alot of fun but a wiring nightmare.I bought a tweecer to tune it just not had enough time .I'll get some pic's later . Thanks for all the input.
