    You got most of the tough spots... Get shorty wrenches or the top 2 starter bolts will be a BITCH Uhh... make sure you refill the tranny fluid :P You'll need a 12 point wrench for the driveshaft bolts on the rear-end... I had to get someone to step on the brakes and put the handbrake on...

    Nah if it were just the clutch/clutch cable, then you could still shift when the car was off... and if it were the cable he wouldnt be able to turn the car on again anyways... I'm guessing tranny.

    DiY! It's a great experience and I can walk you through it as we have virtually the same cars. It'll take about 13 hours your first time and make sure youve got the right tools and such if ya wanna do it and save a grand :P

    Brembo's always a good option, though I haven't found any calipers by them yet for Stangs, just the rotors and pads. Drilled and slotted on eBay arent much at all.

    Also if you don't get KB's Boost-a-Pump, look into an upgraded fuel pump too... 42 lb injectors and better spark (if the kit doesnt come with em, can't remember :P) but if 9PSI intercooled (5 non) is all youre running then that should be fine n dandy.

    Aint that hard to do it yourself really... just time consuming. Did my first one a while back on my GT... took about 10 hours mainly by myself (though raising the tranny took another pair of hands to steady her, no tranny jack >.<) Just gotta know the problem areas... like knowing the tranny...
