    have them coated.....only way to keep them nice. Otherwise, Eastwood has header paint that works pretty well. I lasted the longest out of all the paints I've tried.

    Non adjustable TPS?

    Every one I've delt with is adjustable. It doesn't take much movement to get the voltage to change. You can take a drill or round file and elongate the holes in the TPS. It allows a wider range of adjustability. Keep the voltage below 1.0v at idle. .95-.98 is usually where I have mine set.

    You'll need a regular voltmeter to adjust it. Sometimes you may need to open up the two holes in the TPS to get the right reading. I ran a 70mm Accufab on a near stock (gt-40, 76mm C&L, 24's, 1.7RR, headers) with no problems. I swapped it out for a 65mm and noticed no significant changes...

    check the height of the deck. The water pump passages on a 302 are really close to the deck. A 351 has a taller deck height and the passages are farther down from the top.

    Its not even that difficult if you get ped mount rockers. Pedestal mount rockers are just bolt down. Bring the motor to TDC and follow the sequence. Some may need a shim but its simple. Turn the motor over 180* and do the rest...Its really easy. Stud mounts are more tricky....

    BBK is your best bang for your buck. Thier coatings are nice (chrome and ceramic), good price, good fit...Bassani would be the way to go if you can dish out the cash for them. You know they will fit with the bassani X. JBAs are nice but real pricey. they have a different style collector...

    I installed it myself and had no problems. Just follow the instructions and you'll have nothing to worry about. Having good tools helps. Any job is quick and easy with the right tools. Ratcheting wrenches are a life saver when your talking about cramped spots like the tunnel under the dash...

    Jacking the motor up will free up some room too... While you have the starter exposed, get some starter wrap or a starter shield to protect your starter from the extra heat. You may never have a problem with the FL's, but if the heat does fry the starter, you'll be kicking yourself for not...
