    Hey thanks guys, im currently deployed but ive got alot of parts on order, some of them are at home already, others im still waiting on (like the heads that arent out yet) To answer your question I wish i had never bought my car cause i paid 22K for it when it was a year old and im deployed...

    Really?! Man i gave up on my MarkVIII swap a long long time ago because all i could find was some cobra swap writeups and a bunch of people telling me it would be next to impossible... very interesting. Anychance you could post up one of those wrie ups?

    Super chargers are ... pretty much considered a bolt on. i wouldnt pay some one else to do it its pretty straight forward.

    Whoops thats IMRC plates not EGR valves, and you may need a cobra oil pan aswell... i dont know if the GT master cylinder will have issues or not.

    Ehh.... actually from what i understand theres quite a few things you need to change. Check out my post in the other guys lincoln swap thread. Its definitely not a quick thing i would plan to do if you need the car soon. You could run into some complications. And your going to have to find/order...

    Anyway, ive got this package coming in sometime between now and when i get home with TF heads, intake, TB, Plenum, cams, intake tube, head changing kit and a SCT tuner. So... i think i can do it myself... with the engine in the car. And people have told me i could. Are we all crazy?.. i mean...

    You can do it, ive looked into the research on this alot. It will be much harder than just a 4.6 to 4.6 swap. If i could find a wrecked Mark for under 800 bucks i'd buy it right now. Heres the deal though, dont do it unless your going to build that engine first. Some guys talk about doing it...
