I sold my boat too. That’s what paid for the Ninja.

    Fox Free (for now)

Man Mike... I really need to catch up. I love Jags! I had a ‘74 XJ12 I really regret parting with. At the time I couldn’t afford to repair it, so I let it go. I’d love to have it back and do some kind of engine swap in it. Can I get some cliff notes on your Jag?

    Fox Free (for now)

Thanks man. I rode for years then quit to raise kids. They’re starting to filter out of the house now, and I want to enjoy bikes again before I get too old for it. I’m a lot more cautious now than back then... believe me. The front tire very rarely leaves the ground now.

It’s hard to keep it organized when your boy is piling stuff in it faster than you can get rid of it, but yeah. Thank you.

    Fox Free (for now)

Well, it happened. After owning it just shy of ten years I let her go. A fellow offered me a good price for my calypso car and I decided to pass it on. He even let me keep the W stroker I’d been putting together. What will that go in? Who knows. Maybe my son will end up with it in his blue fox...

    Let’s talk Header Fastners

I used the stage 8 bolts and still blew out a steel mls gasket. The bolts didn't back out, but, they didn't stay tight. Best thing I've ever done was no gasket, red rtv and tighten them down. Never blew out, never loosened up. It actually makes a cement that has to be smacked to remove the...

    Hurricane Michael

Unbelievable! My mother sat through Ike when it hit down here, and she said the front door was flexing six inches in the center from the wind. Thought it would give any minute, but it held. She also said she would never do that again, next one she's headed for the hills! The only storm I ever...

Been catching up on this thread, Mike. Good stuff. I never did get my turbo car reliable enough for a long road trip. Jealous!

    Back home! (Harvey Sucks!)

Yes, we were able to get them moved or high enough the floodwater didn't get them. The fox did stay behind on extra tall jackstands, LOL.

    Back home! (Harvey Sucks!)

Thanks Mike. I'm hoping so. I miss being able to be preoccupied with hobbies instead of necessities.

    Back home! (Harvey Sucks!)

Welp, been out for a while, and out of the house for 13 months. Thank you hurricane Harvey, you SOB. It's good to be home, I can't even tell ya. We are still gathering furniture and getting organized; my shop is slowly being emptied of furniture as it trickles into the house. I am very much...
