    The motor has 122K on it, it seems like it has a miss when I am really getting on it in the upper RPM's...might be hessitation. If it is a head gasket I am going to be happy because then I can pull the heads and replace them, I just don't want to pull them if I don't have to.

    Thanks for your help, it is a 5spd T5. My friend has a tuner car and he put an upper/lower intake on it, and gained very little horsepower to the wheels...what kind of gains would I be expecting with an explorer intake...or even a Holley/Edelbrock/Trickflow intake? Thanks!

    I can get the nitrous kit for free, no charge. I really would like to swap intakes because I have done them numerous times and they seem to give decent gains. I am thinking with gears, upper/lower intake, and nitrous I will be good to run some nice times and still have some good power N/A.

    Well that is some good news. And to add to my post before this, it seems like it is now happening in 5th aswell...what are the odds that it is the sycro's with my 2,3,4, and 5th gears all at the same time? Could it be something else maybe the clutch isn't disengaging all the way?
