    Anyone sell new (complete) rear ends?

    That is pricey. I got a complete 9" setup with 35spline Mosers for $3200 from AutoWeld. They sell 8.8 setups also. You could also try contacting wwwmidwestmustangnet on ebaymotors. They probably won't have any in their ebay listings, but I'm pretty sure they'd sell you one anyway.

    I've got an SVO, but I'd keep the Cobra intake in this case. Everybody's got an SVO, but not many people have a 95 Cobra R intake in their parts pile. JMO

    351w crank in a 302 block

    351w main journals are 3" and 302 main journals are 2.25". I suppose you could turn down the 351w journals to 2.25". You'd end up with a 3.5" stroke. Since 351w & 302 share the same bore, you'd just end up with a extremely short rod & weak crank 351. Probably be better off with a 347 crank.

    It looks like THIS & THIS. I believe it's supposed to be 4-8 inches from the back of the front universal joint. You might want to check the NHRA/IHRA safety rules for exact placement. I can't really measure mine at the moment because the driveshaft and rearend are both out of the car. Sorry.

    Pretty much. In a stock setup, the dogbones keep the lifters true to the cam. The spider keeps them in place. The link bars physically attached to the lifters in pairs. No need for the spider.
