    No it didn't do anything when I tried to jump start it. The battery should be ok....all the interior lights etc worked just fine. If the ground etc was bad wouldn't those not work as well?

    Thanks....already tried 1-3. Nothing. I got sparks on #3 but it wouldn't even begin to crank. Guess I'll the rest tomorrow. I hope it's not my starter.....:nonono:

    No..it doesn't crank. That's what I'm trying to figure out. And I just tried to jump the 2 big terminals on the starter solenoid. It sparked a bit but still didn't crank. I pulled the inertia switch because I did a compression test. Didn't want any fuel to spray. But the inertia...

    Yup...got it printed out. I'll try it out tomorrow but right now it's raining. But funny thing is, it was working fine before the winter. Can something go wrong just by sitting in the cold?

    I really love the smooth look of the stock hood. But I'm thinking about going with a hood scoop. I don't really like cowls. Smockdoiley: The red stang on your site is the 460 right? Are the stats on it updated? I don't remember seeing anything about a 460.

    If you guys have the same intake (torker II) then why will the engine fit under the stock hood on Smock's stang but explodinggopher has to use a cowl? Smockdoiley: Did you also use any kmember spacers?

    Rick: It's a 91. The struts are KYB and like I said, I installed an MMR coilover kit. I just barely got the nuts off...I'll probably just tighten everything as good as possible and then either borrow an impact gun or figure something else out.lol

    Ok thanks ..I'll give it a shot. Also do you know anything about coilovers rubbing on the front tire? Does that happen often? They're not wide...just 225's. Kinda stuck on that one too.....the tire came nowhere near being rub free. I couldn't even mount it.

    So the nylon ring insert can be screwed down over the bolt as well? I thought it served as sort of a "stopper".

    Yeah that's definitely my case. There's a nylon ring insert in each nut. So can that type of nut actually be tightened to where the nut isn't just on the "head" of the bolt. I thought it had sort of a "stopper" function so that it can't be spun farther down.

    How much better are Cobra 13" front brakes compared to 99-04 PBR brakes?

    It's probably just the bling-factor. People want the "cobra" on their calipers. I picked up a set of 10th anniversary cobra calipers with brackets. But that's only because I got a heckuva deal.

    Wow! That makes me wish I had gone with a 4.6 instead of a 5.0 after all. Oh well...there's always next year. But seriously..that sounds really nasty. IMO: The 4.6l modular mustangs 99-up are THE best sounding cars.

    2.3T engine out of a Saab into a stang?

    I found a Cosworth engine but it's a 2.9l V6 24V DOHC. Plus it's non-turbo. I believe it's out of a ford scorpio. Puts out something like 175hp. How common is that cosworth turbo engine you were mentioning?

    Gotcha. Guess I'll just drive the 2.3l 4 banger as a DD through the winter and then pick up a 2.3t when I make my trip to the states in the summer to give the stang some balls. Also, are there any vids in the forum of healthy sounding Blowoff valves on a 2.3t? I've always wanted a turboed...
