    I am having the exact same problem! I think the lip on the stock gasket is not getting centered on the H pipe and is causing it to leak. Did you ever get this problem resolved? It's driving me crazy!

    Cheap H pipe??

    My H pipe had one of those in one of the sensor holes when I got it. I was able to take a hammer and punch and pop it right off. Luckily, it popped off clean and the threads were fine. Not sure how big this "booger" is, but you might want to try that.

    Yeah, the medium-depth socket was a must. A regular deep-well would not go on the nuts straight, and it would round them off in a hurry. The medium depth goes straight on them, so you don't have to worry about rounding them. And, yes, it is a 15mm.

    Well, just heard back from the dealer. They said they did a flush and filter change and that fixed the problem. Going to pick it up this afternoon, so we'll see if it's really fixed.

    Yeah, with the medium depth socket, it will go straight on the nut. With a regular deep well, it sits on the nut at an angle and will start to round the nut off.

    Yeah, it must be the wrong pipe. All of my sensors reached just fine. And, yes, you can get to the top of the plug from the engine bay. That really helped out when I was trying to plug mine back up. And small hands definitely do help when you're trying to get that done.

    Yeah, getting those front sensors plugged back in were a pain when I put my H pipe on. I actually had someone else reach in from the engine bay to just hold the top half of the plug steady while I plugged the other half in from under the car. That seemed to work pretty well.

    The driver side sleeve is a little piece that fits inside the H-pipe on the driver side. It helps form a tighter seal because people had trouble with the nuts on the studs bottoming out before a good seal was made.

    No, I don't think it would even be close. The '95 H pipe has a ball and socket joint on each side at the headers. The '98 H pipe only has a ball and socket on the driver's side. The passenger side is flat with a gasket.

    Well, the PB Blaster and mid-length socket did the trick! Got it installed yesterday, and it sounds GREAT! Thanks for all the replies!
