MM for everything. Period. Subframes, LCAs, Sway bars, and panhard + torque arm would give u fatty grip for those launches.

    What to do

most vortechs and paxtons come with carb stickers. I dunno about the kenne bells. You can also make street legal horsepower with JBA shortie headers, a catted X or H pipe, and a catback. Throw in some gears, underdrive pullies, and an intake after that and you're good to go! You'll run 13s...

i did my catback myself. Next time, do your own bolt ons. You learn a lot, and save the hundreds of bucks you can spend on other mods.

    suspention woes.... questions inside here.

First of all, you can't get a panhard bar or torque arm if you have an IRS setup, it would totally defeat the purpose of the IRS. Second, the live axle is plenty of fun for daily driving and such. The IRS would be a more comfortable ride, and better handling over all, but the live axle works...

How to get around 40 more engine HP?

A blower is a supercharger. More specifically, the term blower was given to the screw and roots style superchargers of the 60s and 70s. I dunno why. But now all superchargers are called blowers.

Tire side wall strength for cornering, what is good?

Depends on tire, some tires might not even come in a 40 sidewall or 45 at the 255 size. 40 and 45 are a very minute difference so really i don't think there will be any problem using 40.

How to get around 40 more engine HP?

How to get around 40 more engine HP?

ahh i think ur right i just talked to my aunt who lives in NC. Well, if thats the case, and you dont want to change out your pipes yearly, then id suggest getting a catted one, and find a shop near you...and get on their good side. Visit them a lot for work and crap, then when it comes time to...

Tire side wall strength for cornering, what is good?

35 sidewall for anything wider than 255 on a 9 or bigger inch rim thickness (NOT HEIGHT). 45 for 245s and 275s on 8 inch rims, 275s on 9 inch rims...35 sidewall. I've played with these numbers over and over and tested them on the track countless times. This is how it is on my car (245/45 17...

hmm thats actually a good question. I have a timing ajuster, but i'm interested into finding that out. Im guessing that if you have the chip and the tuner, you can calibrate a lot more. If im wrong, oh well....
