    new brake lines dual master cylinder

    i have converted to front disc brakes on my 66 and need new brake lines.would new lines for the factory disc,dual master cylinder fit without having to make up new lines or should i get the set for drum brakes like came on car.

    windsor,and putting them in 67 and later isnt a problem since the shock towers are wider.and thats part of the problem,products made for say 65 to 68 dont fit the 65 and 66 very well,if at all,so thats why i wanted to see if someone has done it without clearance problems.

    casey4s,i know its a ratchet shifter but do you have to ratchet it from park,to reverse,and to drive or is it just to go from drive,to 3rd,to 2nd,to 1st and back to drive?i asume when its in frist you just bump it to second,then 3rd,but what about 3rd to drive?

    o6 gt,460 hp at the rear wheels stock auto trans,373 gears.can a tuner change at what speed the trans will shift at at differant throttle positions?by that,at say 1/4 part throttle ,it shifts at 15 mph,then maybe 24 then about 35 to third gear.can it be changed to say 20,35,and 45 to third?can...

    when you buy a tune from differant tuners i understand it can only be changed by the original tuner.now say i have a tune i like but like the shifting setup in another tune,can the dealers look at the tune of another tuner and add those changes to his?i have two tunes,one has a better shifting...

    my nephew had it tuned at fastlane and they did a GREAT job.we are going to retune it next week or so but i just wondered about changing the pully so i would have it when it was retuned.

    im trying to keep the horsepower level around 440 so as not to put anymore strain on the motor.iknow,whos to say whats a safe horsepower level,but 440 is enough for me.
