    I upgraded to 120 amp alt.My problem(s)were with fan-controller conflicts.I got a 30/40 anp relay cause I couldnt get a 75amp relay anywhere arround here.So I Couldnt run HIGH speed 3.8l taurus fan with out burning up wire\fan controller.Its cooling fairly well with low speed.for now.MAN that...

    Thanks!!!!!! I got my belt on the opposite of the RED belt diagram above.If you look in the pic real close you can see the belt wrapps arround the Right side of water pump instead of LEFT like in diagram. Its still turning the pump counterclockwise tho.So I assume its good

    I think I have my serp belt routed wrong.I believe it may have my waterpump turning counterclockwise. If Someone could post these pics for me it would help thanks!!!!

    water pump wont stay sealed

    I kept haveing this problem.Old timing cover matched up against NEW waterpump.I got rid of BLUE rtv for the better black rtv.Not too much tho just enough on both sides of gasket then wait till rtv get "tacky".I HAND tighten all bolts down.Wait till rtv sets up(1/2hour)then tork to specs. I swear...

    get some needle nose plyers and jam it down and grip it up out.There is a lip inside the lower intake so it wont fall down.
