PLEASE POST MASS pics!!!

Hamilton, Ma. Has GREAT schools and a Great small town to live in. Someday, my kids will grow up here. You are 15 minutes from the beach. You are 45 mins or less from boston. You have 3 malls within 20 minutes. Plenty of theatres. Awesome place to live!! Hamilton is so nice that almost no crimes occur here.

where abouts in rowley do you live, my roomate from college lives there. I am in town all time. At the lights where they built that new bank (small shoppling plaza right after the agawan diner) . I am there all the time

have you ever seen that black saleen explorer. Its the only one I have ever seen

Why would you want to move here? This state is horrible. Its waaaay overpriced. The weather sucks all year round. You have 2, maybe 3, months of nice weather. The rest is cold and snowy or hot, humid and rainy. The roads are poor quality. The big dig has become a joke that will never end. There is traffic everywhere at all times of the day. Don't move here at all. Listen to your wife. If you want I will trade houses with you.

MA is too expensive, crowded and under Liberal Rule... im getting out of here and making the move north to NH. NH is one fine state ;)

Yes, "Cow" Hampshire is a nice state to live in, however, although Mass is too expensive to live here, NH will take you to the cleaners in property taxes! (IMO)

untrue... whereas the RATE is higher, values are still a fraction of what they are in MA... usually works out to still being much less than property taxes in MA.

3 bed 2 bath, 2 aceres of land in MA = $500k.. property taxes $4-5k

same house in NH = $250k.. property taxes $3-4k

Oh 5hit, I'm moving from Portland OR, to the Boston area pretty soon! Hope I dont regret it. I'm in Boston right now and I'm loving it...dunno about being too expenssive.

Property is way overpriced here in MA. Wait until you are really living here for a while. I think the above post about 3/4 of the year in cold weather is accurate. The winter starts at the end of October usually and ends in May. May and June are usually nice, the humidity doesn't kick in yet. July and August and sometimes September are awful. The dew point is always high as is the pollen count.

Is it a vert?

I drive a 94 Black Mustang GT. It's really loud so you would have heard me if you saw me. I work at the shaws in beverly and I've definitely seen a red vert parked out there or at staples. I also go to school in boston so i drive it alot.
