    keep vortech or go turbo

    I have a turbo on my car, and if I could do it over again I would have probably put a Vortech on the car. Lots of little bugs to work out with a turbo. Most of my bugs are fixed now, but it wasn't a fun process...lol

    I was thinking of putting a hood strut kit on my 92 Mustang. I wanted to know what you guys think of them, and how they look! If you guys have pics even better. My engine bay is all smoothed out so I don't want some big nasty brackets under my hood.....Thanks!

    I have a 9lb. spring in the wastegate, but I have a boost controller so I'm going to turn it up to about 12-15lbs. And it feels strong. It's a night and day differance from the spray. When the car starts making boost it just pushes you into the seat.

    I'm not really sure how much I have into it. I probably have about 3000 into the turbo kit including injectors, mass air, and fuel pumps. The heads I have are Trick Flow TW they have also been ported and flow just over 300cfm. And I'm running an Anderson PMS. The car before the turbo went 11.67...

    I use to have a dry kit on my car, then I found turbomustangs.com and it changed my mind...lol When I did this build I also decided to fill the holes in the engine compartment, add a tubular k-member, and a-arms. Heres some pics! BEFORE PIC HOLES BEING WELDED AND FILLED
