    front spindle

    Youll need a pickle fork to knock the tie rod end off and knock the spindle off the ball joint. Just pound the pickle fork in between the spindle and the balljoint/tierod and the spindle will pop off those parts.

    The E6's are worse than the stock '87-'95 E7's which are pretty much worthless. If you want some cheaper aluminum heads Texas Hot Rods has Patriot 185's for $850. Youre probably going to want to convert the motor to a HO motor with a roller cam.

    I guess Ill have to test/replace my IAC because mine stalls when first started or put in gear too. I just thought it was because my car is a POS.

    I wanted to put the '79 style taillights in my '92 but then I realized how much work it takes to do that so Im just going to put GT taillights in my LX once I get them painted. I really hate the ugly '87-'93 LX tails.

    Get the parts shipped to somewhere by the border in the US, take your old stuff off and put the new stuff on and drive it back across the border.

    $250 + gears, install kit and fluid is normal.

    If its clean its worth that. One thing you might want to do eventually is convert it from Speed Density to Mass Air Flow if you start doing alot of performance modifications to it.

    Build list.

    Why bother playing around with stock heads? Save up and get a decent set of heads. Id look into getting the Trickflow package- it has heads, a cam, the intake you want and all necessary accessories (rockers, lifters, gaskets, etc). Its about $2200 but its worth it. I spent more than that...

    Ive got 4.10's and an AOD and theyre not bad at all, even on the highway.

    Get aftermarket control arms and use the stock GT swaybar. With aftermarket control arms you wont really need the quad shocks.

    Starter keeps running

    I just replaced the starter and it starts fine now. I bought a reman from a local rebuilder and came with a lifetime warranty. Not bad for $60. Thanks for the help guys.

    I didnt know that and apparently the guy at Advance didnt either because he told me there was nothing wrong with my starter. I really didnt notice any wear on the gear on the starter and couldnt see the flywheel in the position I was in when I replaced the starter. Of course I put the starter...

    I already got it out but it seems like the starter is ok. It was fairly easy to get out actually.
