Ok so it was an easier fix than i thought, i went and got some fuses and replaced them just in case, nothing, checked the power and there was power to the DLC. suspicious i opened the female DLC on my tuner, and sure enough, the ground broke free of the connector, soldered it back...

    nope, nothing done except i took out my fender CAI, nothing back there has been moved, i will check the resistance when i get home if its not pouring by that time, but other than just plug in and unplug of the tuner, nothing there has been touched :shrug:
