    Finally my 17 X 8's (front) with 5 & 1/4 backspace and my 17 X 9 1/2 (back) with 5 & 1/2 backspacing Torqe Thrust ll's (chrome:) CAME IN :D ...Now will a 235/45/17 tire fit the front and will a 275/40/17 tire fit the back???????and what brand tire do you suggest???? I have the 90GT...

    I look underneath and the shock looks like its within 1/2 inch of my stock rims/tires and I think the stock rims are 4.78 backspacing............ On the back I'm going with 5.5 backspacing.........(taking off the horizonal shock on the back) I've asked this question before and the reason...

    Oh yea, tjm73 I remember you helped me a few months ago when I first thought about doing it...If I remember correctly you said(correct me if I'm wrong) that I could run 17 X 8 with 5-1/2 backspacing on the fornt and 17 X 9-1/2 with 6 inches of backspacing on the back????????is that right??

    The ford racing front 5-lug Conversion Rotors found in Jeg's Mag. and the ford racing 5-lug Brake Drum/axle shaft kit also found in Jeg's Mag.

    "9.5's will not fit under the fender withthe quads in place. They are not needed anyway. I took mine off 6 years ago and have NEVER notice a difference. Not at the drag strip or on the street. They're dead weight."...Someone told me that they kept the axle from moving around????
