    - continuing from the other post... once the area is cleaned and deburred you can go ahead and press it in with the EVM press they sell... i had an issue because i didt have a dremel to make things easy so i had a LOT of force aganst it all keeping me from geting a smooth opening. sooo what i...

just chiming in here.... i am 6 kinda of unhappy with a few of the directions and tools listed by EvM... i'll outline the needs later on, but it would have been nice to know what kinda of desaster i was walking into without having a full mechanics/machine shop on hand.... now i'm damn near...

    EvM trilink

well... this has been one disturbing day as far as letdowns and lack of progress... kinda like the PHB all over again. i'll tell this to anyone that is attempting this... be prepared for a load of issues with just hand tools when it comes to the bushings. that was a nightmare and still not...

how do you remove the uca bushings?

any other thoughts on getting them out? working with a chisel and a hammer for a while now, no good.. have the axle down on the ground... more access, but i dont see cutting them making a difference... that will then give me NO area to beat on to try and get them out... i just cant figure...

how do you remove the uca bushings?

I've been working on the UCa bushings for about an hour now and finally stoppd to ask advice. i do not have a bushing press to remove them, and the EvM one i got seems only good to install their solid bushings... with my PHB its hard to get to the bushings, but i can to some extent... i cant...

havnt seen anything for the mod guys, ironically enough. the fox guys have had a few slight issues with fitment (it was made for the mod and adjusted for the fox), but the results were favored by everyone that has installed it so far. i have not seen too much on the adjustments and how much it...

i was in the same boat... i prefered the idea of the TA, however the welding issue made the TA an imposible option. so the only thing i could do would have been the steeda 5 link (way too much gear in the back) or the trilink/PHB... you know what i chose :) the PHB/watts debate will be...

    EvM trilink

heh.. after reading the instrutions and laying out all the pieces i honestly think its going to be easier then the panhard rod. and yes it oes through the driveshaft tunnel with reinforcements. the design is really great.. where physically the tunnelmount is to hold the orientation of the...

    EvM trilink

Well, after being on backorder for just about forever it finally came today.... small box with a nice lil hole in it. after panicking and ripping it apart i was kinda disapointed to see that there were indeed loose parts rolling around. almost everything was wrapped in foam, and all the...

CAI recomendations whats the best out there

if you are going to start modding i really suggest searching on everything first. many people have made a lot of mistakes for first mods and this can save time, from intake/exhaust, suspension, etc. its easier answering questions spawned from searching other posts then trying to assist around...

Finally got a mustang and have some q's

sounds like a vacume leak in the second vid, sounds like a timing issue in the first vid... shrug, get a can of carb cleaner and lightly mist around tyhe entire intake line while the engine is on... if the RPMs spike when spraying in a certain area, you have an intake leak... fix it... this...

    Diag. help pleeeeese...

i had the same thing and fixed it with an adjustable clutch cable.. the cable sucked for longevity and its being replaced this weekend with a stock cable and firewall adjuster. but for some reason i needed to tigeten it to make it easier... go figure, but it worked. give it a shot, cheap...

Whats the best bang for the buck performance mod?

shifter. i dont care if its not a power mod, if you are griding gears it doesnt make a lick of difference if you have 500hp against a honda... cant shift to second? well, the honda will eventually pass you. Torinalth
