    I've never pulled the motor with a 5 SPeed...almost automatic cars... Unbolt the Torque Converter, Bell housing and shes out... But now with a 5 Speed what has to be done witht he clutch...Can u just unbolt the Bellhousing and pull it forward to get the clutch outta the bellhousing then...

    sounds good bc i've been losing Antifreeze also...so it sitting on the timechain cover means its coming from the lower intake gasket...sounds good to me its an easy fix just a PITA

    Oil is sitting on the top of the timing change over and Water pump. It isn't coming from the Dizzy and almost looks like its leaking from the lower intake gasket (the front) Can oil leak from there? lol :shrug:

    I'll check all those...but this seems a little more than normaly i could unstand one or two little pops but this is constant until it gets below 2500 RPMs...say your cruising at 3500 in 3rd....let of the gas and pop pop pop pop pop pop til it gets down to lower RPMS....

    Yea i ran copper...so theres no fix to it? at peak R's its very loud, to the point its almost distracting...lol i guess i'll save up for a braided line $$

    I have to take the Passenger side head off because 2 of the alternator braket bolts snapped inthe head adn there tight and deep :-\ have to take it to a machine shop... But what Head gaskets do i need to buy? and what intake gaskets for a Explorer Intake?

    The one in the fuse box seems to only be for the 4 ways...and i replaced it to make sure...no avail... Where would the one for the Signals be located? someone said behind the CD Player...well i felt all around and didn't seem to 'feel' anything that was the right shape size etc...could...

    LOL, I've already got the TB and all on, My gasket is just bad bc i'm getting air in around the spacer... And i do NOT have the little hole in my intake so i need to get TB and EGR gaskets for a 96 Explorer?
