    Need help planning a combo

I did 300 on a fairly mild cam. The Crower 15511. And a Cobra intake. As long as all the parts are matched. Its pretty streetable, idled at 700 good vacuum, with a tune you would have no stalling/hunting/ECU learning issues. Right around 300 is the max for anything streetable and a DD...

    Updated Dyno Numbers

I did a little Desk Top Dyno modeling to see where I came in with a comparison to his #'s Got some #s for you. Current Combo You can chart these out. Flywheel #'s under optimum conditions I think #'s are a bit high on the tq, a lot variables can effect that, especially exh...

    combo opinions-suggestions

Almost Identical to my old combo. I had the Crower 15511 cam though and a ported Cobra Made 306/330 at the wheels no tuning. Yes do stud mount, it is a PITA to get the right geometry on pedastals. It took shims and diff pushrods for me to get mine right AND A LOT of time. trial and error.

Info for a 331/347 stroker build

Get a cam for 1.6 Rockers. 185's are good for a street 331, some may say 205's but your not looking for RPM's and 400rwhp. Your HP goal is reasonable. 1 HP per CI for a good running well pieced combo is expected. 70-75mm TB MAX Pro-M77 for NA cars is my choice Cheap OTS cams...hmmmm...

    what about afr heads????

Do not do pedastal heads unless you REALLY plan on never doing another thing to your motor. 165's are the ticket for a street 302. I cant say anything about the porosity of the heads. I have had edels and AFR's and never experienced any issues...Its not like any of these are solid billet...

Info for a 331/347 stroker build

My opinion is to have it internally balanced. Yeah its costs more but it is the best for RPM's and reducing damaging harmonics. I am using a Aluminum Romac balancer, dual keyed for my blower and a light billet steel flywheel. A good compromise. Skys the limit. Speed is a ? of money. How...

    Which Supercharger? For 10:1 compression?

6psi tops on mild tune pump gas. LS1 Cars are 10.1 and thats what their kits are for, ATI with intercooler. Not worth the cost IMHO. Nitrous in your case would be better.

    90 fox with dart 351

Most electronic ignitions do. Even the older cars used a start and run circuit on the ignition. But that was to help save the points.

How Wide Of Wheel/Tire Can I fit On 95 5.0?

298.00 is almost twice the price of a BFG then. A M/T is useless as a daily driver at 300.00 a pop. BFG's grip ok...not as good as a M/T but I will sacrifice that for wear on the street. To be honest Nittos or a cheaper non D/R are probably the most suitable for street duty. My opinion is...

I need advice to wope a G35 sky

Not quite your average rice machine. Heavy, well made and 300hp in stock form with a 6spd. A bit bigger than the 350Z. I have been considering one for my new beater, but will probably get the Maxima SE, 4drs and FWD for the winters. All Infiniti's Nissans use basically the same 3.5 V6...

    91 5.0 into a 95 GT

I thought only the carbed cars had the eccentric, the fox covers I have are not even drilled or tapped for the fuel pump. My bad if thats the case.

    91 5.0 into a 95 GT

Yes you must pull the balancer using a balancer puller. Then install everything off your old motors front onto the 91 motor...problems solved.

    91 5.0 into a 95 GT

You need the timing cover, water pump, and intake from the 95. and all brackets and accessories. the long blocks are the same....but thats about it.
